Terms of Service

General Rules

By using MoonHold services (CNC, API, or panel), you agree to the following terms. Failure to comply will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

1. No Sharing of Login Details: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your username, password, or API credentials with anyone. If your account is compromised due to weak security, DM us on Telegram immediately — we may assist in recovery if reported promptly.
2. No Spamming or Automated Flooding: Mass attacks, botnets, or scripts that flood the C2 without pause are not allowed. This includes auto-repeat attack tools. Abuse will result in instant ban.
3. No Dstats (Distributed Stats): Running stats collectors, public dashboards, or attack logs that expose our infrastructure is forbidden. If detected, your access will be revoked.
4. No .gov or .mil Targets: Attacks against government (.gov), military (.mil), or emergency services are strictly prohibited. Exceptions require direct written approval from staff — do not assume permission.
5. Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 1 hour of purchase. If you provide a valid reason (e.g., service down, login issue), and it's verified, we will issue a full refund. No refunds after 1 hour unless under exceptional circumstances.
6. Educational Use Only: Our services are designed for stress-testing your own infrastructure or educational purposes. You must have explicit permission from the target owner. Unauthorized use is illegal.
7. No Abuse Reporting: Do not submit abuse reports to ISPs, hosts, or networks claiming our IPs are attacking you — this is considered hostile activity and will result in a permanent ban.
8. Rate Limiting: Excessive API calls (>100/min) will trigger automatic rate-limiting or IP block. Respect the system.
9. Account Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 30+ days may be deleted without notice to prevent abuse.
10. Service Changes: We may update, pause, or modify methods, plans, or features at any time without prior notice.

Zero Tolerance

The following actions result in instant, permanent ban with no appeal:

• Attacking schools, hospitals, or emergency services
• Brute-forcing or hacking other users
• Reverse engineering or exploiting the C2
• Spamming Telegram or support with fake issues
• Leaking server IP publicly

Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your account. Use a strong password. We are not liable for attacks launched from your account due to poor security.

Support & Disputes

All support must be done through Telegram @moonc2nets. No refunds or disputes handled via email or third parties.
